How can I book?

Please book direct on this site for our best rates

What is your cancellation policy?

If you wish to cancel the whole or any part of your booking, please notify us in writing 14 days in advance of your arrival date for a full refund. It is your responsibility to ensure that we receive your notice of cancellation in time.

If canceled within 14 days of your arrival date, or in the case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. No refunds will be made for non-arrivals.

Is there a minimum or maximum number of nights I can stay?

Our minimum night stay is 2 nights. There is no maximum!

Can I book your property to host a party?

No, our properties are strictly not party venues.

If there are any noise complaints received between 21:00 and 06:00 from our neighbours, there will be a minimum £100.00 deduction from your security deposit.
